The Coronado Woods Rules & Regulations are reviewed annually by the Board, and it is that time once again!
The rules and regulations align with our community Declarations and Ohio Revised Codes. The primary goal of the rules and regulations is to assist the Board of Directors in overseeing the maintenance and management of the common areas of the CWA buildings, and to establish accepted behaviors within our community.
In order to keep our community as safe, healthy and happy as possible, we have some pretty big changes coming down the line - so if you have any suggestions you think would be beneficial to the community, let us know in the comments below!
We'll be taking your feedback into consideration over the next two weeks while we finalize the Rules and Regulations 2023 update.
Be sure to keep an eye out for a copy of your new Rules & Regulations packet, which should be in the mail to residents no later than the end of June.
