It's time to take a look back at all the things that happened in our community in August!
We left Sentry Management to move to VB Business Service under our new Property Manager, Vida!
Our siding contractors finished replacing faulty siding at 7631 - what a difference!
Board Member Katie finished the installation of our new walk-up community center. Stop by and check out the bulletin board for community updates, drop us a note in the suggestion box, or check out a book from our own Coronado Woods lending library!
Plunkett's Pest Control was out on the 11th to do the second round of treatment against carpenter insects.
Board Members Katie, Sarah and Amy cleaned out the Coronado Woods community shed. We found all sorts of interesting items and took out a whole lot of trash!
Bluegrass Tree and Lawn came out to our facility to do a much needed trimming before winter! These guys did an excellent job and we're excited to say they'll be back in 2024 to do even more work taking care of our beautiful trees here at Coronado Woods.
Board Member Katie will continue working to update parking spaces as your forms are received, so please be sure to get those in. Starting September 1st, unlabeled cars may be subject to fines or even towing.
