August Recap

It's time to look back on everything that happened in August!

After a major storm, our wonderful landscapers came to remove several fallen trees.

Fences that were repaired last year were painted. Wood needs to season for year before it can be painted - this helps decrease the moisture in lumber and prevents further issues down the line.

Someone graffitied one of our carports, and it was cleaned - our maintenance worker did a great job - like it never happened!

Some damaged equipment was replaced at the pool.

Some areas where the paint was peeling around the community were touched up.

Curbs and sidewalks were repaired along Sequoia Drive. The contractor estimated this would be a 10 day project and they knocked it out of the park in three- amazing work!

This is the first stage of the concrete work that needs to be done around the community to repair our failing infrastructure. We will be focusing on a new section each summer for these repairs, starting with areas that are most damaged.

Check out these before and after photos from this project - what a huge improvement!

Thanks to everyone who came out to join us for our Swim and Movie Night! It was a great time and we cannot wait to host more community events in the future!

Keep checking back for more coming down the line this fall!
