On Wednesday, July 3rd, we will be having a company come out to clean the gutters on all our buildings and carports. They will also be flushing the downspouts and making some repairs to a few damaged and sagging gutters that we have identified.
We ask that residents please leave their patio gates unlocked on Wednesday, July 3rd to ensure the cleaners have easy access to our buildings.
