As we enter into 2024, we wanted to send out a couple reminders to residents.
Vehicle Registration for Parking Passes
Residents have until the end of January to turn in their registration forms. Beginning in February, we will be tagging and towing unregistered vehicles at the owner's expense. Tags will be passed out upon receiving your forms and parking spaces will be finished as soon as the weather warms up. Registration Forms are available on the website (here) or by request to either a board member or Vida.
2024 Dues Increase
Our COA dues have increased to $395.00 in 2024. Residents can use bill pay at their local bank - which should be free to set up. Or payments can be dropped off at 1209 Hill Rd N #150, Pickerington Oh 4314 - which is the UPS store where Vida has a physical box to receive such correspondence.
