It's time to look back on all the things that happened in our community in July!
Board Member Katie removed a wasp nest from one of the meter sets.
Our resident albino squirrel was taken to a wildlife hospital by Board Member Katie for treatment due to severe dehydration. We will update the community with more information when we have it!
We had our 2023 Rules and Regulations Q&A meeting - if you were unable to attend, you can find all your FAQs from the meeting here.
The community picnic hosted by Board Members Diane, Amy, Katie and Sara was a great success - it was so wonderful to spend time with our neighbors. If you missed this event, we hope to see you at the next one!
Board Member Katie freshened up some of the old pool furniture that was still usable from previous years - what an improvement!
A sagging and leaking roof was repaired above 7633.
Board Member Katie continues the work on our new Walk-Up Community Center, and we hope to have it completed in August!
Work was started at 7631 to replace and repair damaged insulation and siding.
Some "neighbors" were evicted from the Coronado Pool - thanks for the eviction process Board Members Sarah and Katie!
The new Parking Pass numbers have started going up around the community. Please remember to fill out your Parking Permit form and return it to Board Member Sarah at 7631 if you haven't done so already! Board Member Katie will continue to be out in the community putting up the new numbers throughout August, so feel free to stop and say hello if you see her!
Some Jack O'Lantern Mushrooms were removed from the premises by Board Member Katie - these are poisonous, and we certainly do not want any unlucky pets to get hold of them!
