July Recap

It's time to look back on everything that happened in July!

The roofs were replaced on the 1325-1331 Building - this came after a slight mix-up of the contract order for buildings. Oops! Have no fear, the 7620-7626 Building will be done in September!

The gutters were cleaned and some minor repairs were made. We appreciate everyone leaving their gates unlocked for the contractors - this made clean-up super easy and they had wonderful things to say about our community!

We had a few gates and fence posts repaired, as well as having damaged hardware replaced for residents.

Contracts were approved and work will begin in mid-August through September on our Carports and for concrete work done around the community (this will be beginning with Sequoia Dr.)

Board Members Amy, Carol and Katie all attended "pool school" with our pool contractor, to help us learn more about the maintenance of the Coronado Woods Pool and the importance of chemical balance and safety.

Board Members Jason and Katie are working to plan an adult's night swim community event for August, so stay tuned for more updates to come on that!

And finally we hope everyone is having a safe and fun summer so far!
