June Recap

It's time for a recap of what all happened in our community in June!

Plunkett's Pest Control came to Coronado to treat for carpenter bees and carpenter ants - protecting our fences and other wooden areas from pests.

Fences were repaired at 7626 and 1345. The treated lumber will need to sit a year before it can be painted next summer.

National Lawn was on site and trimmed all the shrubs and bushes.

Great progress was made on our Up and Coming walk-up community center! Gravel was put down beneath the paving stones to prevent wash-out and add stability. Sand was added between the pavers to help prevent weeds and water damage, and to give the project a more finished look.

Some damaged and missing siding was repaired and replaced.

The 2023 Rules and Regulations were completed and the Board Members are working to get those rules handed out to all Units. If you have not received your copy by end of day on Friday (7/7/23), it will be mailed on out on Monday to your residence.
