Weather permitting, National Lawn will be around the week of 5/1/2023 to lay down mulching around the community, re-landscape the front of unit 7622 from the construction earlier this year, and give the ground cover an extra deep trim.
Mulch needs to be laid down during a dry spell, so we will hold out hope that the skies stay clear for a bit!
In addition to this, when cleaning the gutters, it was discovered that a significant number of the methane vent pipes had damaged seals. This is a service that National Lawn provides, and they have agreed to do those seal replacements for our community as soon as possible.
