Beginning in June (coming into effect June 1st), bulk waste pick-up will be a billable charge by Local Waste Services and will no longer be included in our current utility plan.
Bulk pick-ups must still be scheduled by contacting the Board ahead of time at coronadowoodscondos@gmail.com or by contacting us via the website to ensure LWS will take items, but once June 1st arrives, an additional charge of $24 per load will be billed back to any resident requesting a bulk pick-up.
Unfortunately, costs are riding across the board for services all over America, and we are doing our very best to keep the cost of living at Coronado Woods as affordable as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
