May Recap

It's time for a recap of what all happened in our community in May!

The northern fence, which had been damaged was repaired.

National Lawn came out and lay mulch around the community.

Roof repairs were made at 7625.

Many of the methane vents had damaged or missing seals, as was discovered by National Lawn when they cleaned the gutters. All of those damaged or missing seals were replaced.

The cane grass was removed from beside the pool to make way for our up and coming walk-up community center.

A damaged sump pump was replaced and we are currently working on having the damaged drainpipe dug up to be repaired so a new pipe can be re-buried.

The contracted work to repair the Coronado Woods Swimming Pool is well underway.

Resident Ticket Tracking was added to the website for residents to demo until November.

The landscaping in front of 7622, which had previously been dug up to repair a damaged water main, has been tilled, filled and seeded.

The 2023 Rules and Regulations update is well underway!

Work has begun by our Landscaping Committee on the walk up community center area! (If you would like to volunteer to join one our committees please contact us!)

We hope everyone had a wonderful month of May, and we look forward to what June will bring!
