As we head into the winter months and things start to slow down around the community, we'll be moving our recaps to combine every two months until things pick back up in the Spring. With that being said, let's take a look back over October and November this year!
Kicking off October we had the fence between us and the Oaks repaired to fix a few minor issues where boards had come loose.
American Leak Detection came out to find and repair the leak that had been found at the Coronado Woods Swimming Pool.
Further repairs were made to the decking around the pool in preparation for 2024 to ensure it will be safe place for residents.
Three carport posts that had come unseated from the blacktop and were a major safety issue were replaced.
A front patio that suffered some damage to the concrete was repaired.
Had the fence painted between Coronado Woods and The Oaks.
Further repairs were done to a leaking basement.
