Did you know that parking facilities are one of the most likely and most susceptible areas for crime - both violent and property?
This is for a variety of reasons; parking lots are high traffic areas, parked cars can provide hiding places and impede the distribution of light, and an offender's car is not likely to be noted as strange or memorable.
Security is a critical necessity for keeping residents safe, and something we are looking to expand upon here at Coronado Woods. To do this, Coronado Woods will be implementing a parking pass system in tandem with the 2023 Rules & Regulations update that will coming out next month.
