Coronado Woods Condominium Community will no longer be working with Sentry Management.
The Board of Directors is excited to announce our new partnership with VB Business Service. Over the next 60 days, we will be working with Vida to ensure our community has a smooth transition into her care. Vida Burns will also be the new property management point of contact for Coronado Woods effective September 1st, 2023.

Dear Coronado Woods Condominium Owners:
We are pleased that your Board of Directors has given VB Business Service the opportunity to act as your property management provider.
Our company has been in business since 2004 (2004 to 2014 as Onyx Realty), then we opted to reduce the number of properties managed and became VB Business Service. We have at one time managed over 32 different condominium and homeowner properties in many parts of Columbus and the surrounding areas.
Our function will be to work with your Board of Directors and begin the management process for the Association. This will include financial reporting, billing, budgeting, working with vendors, working to support the community and any other duty the Board assigns.
The transition for your monthly condominium fee payments will begin September 1 st , 2023. If you are using bill pay through your bank or do an ACH please make sure you stop that after your payment for August 2023 condominium fees are made.
