Resident Ticket Tracking

From now until our annual November Meeting we will be testing out a ticket tracking method for residents who have submitted work order requests to the HOA Board.


Residents will receive a ticket number upon their work request, and will be able to follow-up on this request via the Ticket Tracking feature.


To view tickets, log in to the website and look for Ticket Tracking under the Member menu option.


This will only be visible to site members, so make sure you sign up!


This is a pilot feature, and not guaranteed to be around forever - we will review it in our November meeting for viability and the community's response.
