Our roofing contractors will be on site on September 16th to do the last roof replacement of the season. They will be working on the 7620 - 7626 building.
We will pick-up again next summer to continue the roof replacements around Coronado Woods.
3 - 4 roofs will be replaced every year until all buildings are complete. The order of fixes was determined by the roofing contractors we use, and they have started with the roofs that were in the worst condition.
