Due to the extreme temperatures that we are currently experiencing, we want to remind our residents to be extra careful on the roads around our community!
Ice melt is not effective in temperatures below 15 degrees, which means road and sidewalk treatments will have little to no effect. We ask that homeowners be extra careful during these next few days.
If we have any homebound residents, or any residents who needs additional help during this cold spell, please reach out to the Board and we will do what we can do to assist.
