Spring is right around the corner, so we're gearing up for another full year of work around the community! But before we get into the beautiful warm season, let's take a look back at what went down over the cold months!
A damaged water line that was leaking water onto the main road was located and repaired.
A sump pump that was not functioning properly has been fixed.
Several drain pipes that had previously been damaged were replaced around the community.
The new carport numbers were finished. This will help with community security and identifying vehicles that may not belong on the property.
The City of Reynoldsburg denied our requested permits for the roof replacements on our community carports, which has caused an unfortunate delay in community work. The Board of Directors, along with our Property Manager Vida, continues to work with City Officials to get those permits approved so we can begin these much needed repairs.
A basement leak was repaired for a resident. It was caused by a damaged drain pipe - this also been fixed.
The Board reviewed our Trash and Landscaping contracts. Coronado Woods will no longer be using National Lawn as our landscaping company, and instead will be moving forward with Sanberland Landscaping for the 2024 season. We are going to stay with Local Waste Services as our waste collection company.
A roof leak was repaired at 1324.
A new light fixture was installed by community member request to shed some light in an otherwise overly-dark area of Coronado!
The Board of Directors reviewed and updated the Rules and Regulations for 2024 and they should be going out to residents this month.
